Anti Harassment & Bullying Policy

Do Better Recruitment and Staffing is committed to providing a safe and respectful work environment for all employees. We do not tolerate any form of harassment or bullying, whether it be verbal, physical, or online. Harassment and bullying of any kind are against our core values and will not be tolerated.

Harassment and bullying can take many forms, including but not limited to:
